Bihanskyj’s arrest stemmed from an investigation prompted by complaints about him selling drugs from his home, police said. Police stopped a vehicle leaving Bihanskyj’s home and found drugs, an affidavit states.
On Friday, police followed Bihanskyj to an apartment in the 1100 block of East Woodlawn Street in Allentown. Police later pulled him over and found a hypodermic needle, two vape pens, a digital scale and 11 glass jars and six zip-top bags containing marijuana.
